Architectural Visualization

3D Modeling

3D modeling can suit a wide variety of needs. From 3D models and icons to logos and animations, there are countless ways to utilize 3D modeling. 3D is great for showcasing future or upcoming products, animating your company logo, adding dimension to websites and marketing materials, and creating professional and dynamic video presentations. All models are physically accurate in scale so that they can be properly utilized in larger scenes.

Flythroughs

Taking your visualization a step further, flythroughs transport you into your facility or club, truly showcasing the layout, interior design, and visual impact your future visitors will have. Nothing gives you a better feel for your future space like a virtual tour tailor fit to your needs, bringing as much real life detail into the design as you want to showcase.

Our Design Process

The development of the 3D images and animations take place in 5 main steps:

Step 1: the quotation and receiving of project files

We collect the necessary files and information to help determine the project scope. After a thorough evaluation of the plans our design manager will contact you to help determine the detail quality, deadline, and gather any additional information needed. During this process, the design manager will send you a project quote. The quote will be created based on the scope of work, files, information provided and desired turnaround time. The quote is presented in an hourly breakdown format that allows for easy modification and understanding. We begin once the quote is approved and collected.

Step 2: project creation

Once the quote is collected the design manager will collect any additional details needed for the project to be created and give an estimated time of proof arrival. The project is then started and the first stage of the 3D is completed based on the information, references and resources received. A great tip to remember: the more information and resources we receive on your end, the better, more detailed, and more accurate you design will turn out.

Step 3: proof renders

After a design has been created we will provide a full set of "proof" renders for review. These renders are delivered at a lower quality than the final renders, with more basic lighting and smaller file size and are for review purposes only.

Step 4: revisions

At this point in the process, the designers take the feedback from the proof renders and make any necessary revisions. We make adjustments and refinements to your design such as furnishings, finishes and camera position at no additional cost. *Please note that any major changes to the design, new updated files, or information that was not provided in steps one or two can be subject to an additional fee.

Step 5: final project renders and delivery

Your files are delivered in the formats you require. Our typical format for still images is email delivery in jpg format. For extra high resolution images we deliver the larger files via FTP. For videos and flythroughs we deliver your files on our FTP server, and send out hardcopy discs. We send out 2 DVD discs, and 2 data discs.

During each step there is an opportunity to give feedback and additional information for the next step. This allows for the most accurate representation of your facility possible, and since you are talking directly to the designers rather than middlemen there won't be a lot of back and forth.

Final project files are rendered and delivered print-ready via email. Large projects and flythroughs are delivered via FTP and hard copy CD/DVDs. Extra large formats can be accommodated for (i.e. banners or large posters) if requested in advance. Flythrough files are rendered out at 720p, widescreen aspect ratio, and burned onto a DVD that is compatible with most up-to-date DVD players.
